What is the Pixel Rewards Program?
The detaiLED® solutions Pixel Points rewards program is our free rewards program in the United States and Canada that lets you earn points on all hardware purchases and redeem them on new hardware purchases.
How do I participate?
In order to join the program, apply in the form below, email firstname.lastname@example.org or register with your DetaiLED Solutions sales representative to set up an account. Once completed, your rewards points will be automatically applied to your account on all future purchases*.
The Pixel Points rewards program is free to join and customers are not obligated to participate and use pixel points earned or accumulated. Once a customer deactivates their account, pixel points will not be redeemable, transferable, or applicable to any future purchases after deactivation.
Are there multiple tiers to earn different rewards?
There is currently only one tier for Pixel Points rewards and all rewards are based on dollar (USD) amount spent. DetaiLED Solutions has the rights to add any additional tiers to the rewards program. All accounts will be notified if any changes are made.
How can I earn Pixel Points
You can earn pixel points by purchasing products and design services with DetaiLED Solutions LLC. You will earn 500 pixel points for every $1,000 (USD) spent on LED hardware. Points will not be earned on taxes, tariffs, project management expenses, mounting equipment or shipping costs. We may offer bonus points at any time during various promotions.
What can I redeem my Pixel Points for?
Pixel Point rewards can be redeemed towards future hardware purchases. They cannot be exchanged for product value in cash or other compensation.
How do I redeem my pixel points?
To redeem pixel points, tell your detaiLED® solutions sales representative that you want to use your Pixel Points on a the project. The points well then be applied to an updated project purchase order and signed off on by both parties. The client will receive a Rewards Balance update after each purchase.
How can I check my Pixel Point balance?
To check your balance, please email your detaiLED® solutions representative or email PixelPoints@detailedsolutions.com
How long will it take for pixel points to post to my account?
Your pixel points will be updated after the final payment of a project has successfully been transferred to DetaiLED® Solutions LLC.
Do my Pixel Points expire?
Yes, your pixel points expire 730* days after the completion of payment terms on you most recent project.
*If you are in the middle of finalizing a project near the 2 year deadline, talk to your detaiLED® solutions representative for an extension.
What happens to my pixel points if I make a return or exchange?
If for any reason a project is terminated before the completion, no pixel points will be added to your rewards account. If anything on the project is changed by detaiLED® solutions after the approved Purchase order, you will still earn all applicable pixel points. All projects must be completed to earn pixel points.
If I return any hardware purchased with Pixel Points, do I get refunded in cash?
No, all applicable points will be credited back to your account.
What if I'm missing credit for a purchase?
If you do not see your Pixel Points appear in your account after your final payment was submitted please email us at email@example.com.
Please note only orders placed after March 15, 2020 are applicable.
Can I combine my rewards with a discount code or promotion?
Discount promotions cannot be combined.
Can I transfer my Pixel Points to another party?
Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original owner of the account whose company name matches details provided upon signing up to participate in our loyalty program.
What is the value of my Pixel Points?
Every Pixel Point is worth 1 pixel in a new display project.
